The past few months, I&#039;ve been on the receiving end of a LOT of help from established writers as I try to crank up my career. Words fail to express how grateful I am to them for welcoming me into the writing fold.

Then, just a couple of days ago, I was able to return the favor by providing detailed market information to a fellow writer about two pubs I regularly write for. I was grateful to be able to &quot;pay forward&quot; the kindnesses shown to me lately.

Personally, I find the &quot;we&#039;re all in this together&quot; worldview to be much less stressful than the &quot;every other writer is my competitor&quot; view. There&#039;s enough negativity in the world. Why add to it?</description>
