Sorry to sound dense, but when the blog says RW #1, 2, 3, etc. they don't seem to be in date order which was my first thought. So, are these different makeover winners? If so, where might I read about them as individuals.

Will you be running another makeover choosing? I would like to try again.

I seem to have gotten myself into a pickle with the Renegade Writer Makeover Contest, which of course is WHY I need a Renegade Writer Makeover in the first place.

I've missed your deadline. And I am blaming it on my daughters.

In the past two months, I've gotten them outfitted, backpacked, and off and running to third grade (have you seen third grade math recently?!). They've also been registered for and are attending ballet and soccer and religion class (I've not even forgotten to drop off or pick up once!) They've gotten geared up and been taken tent camping (despite the 38-degree overnight temp) and been given a Build A Bear party for their October birthday. Their 28-girl Brownie Girl Scout Troop (of course I'm the leader, silly!) has meetings planned for a pumpkin hunt at Smolak Farms, a camping cookout at the Waltham Girl Scout Headquarters, a bulb-planting afternoon at our grammar school, two service projects in town, and a holiday party.

Whew, okay! Now, where was that email about a Makeover Contest?

Save me from drowning in Mommyland! Saaaaaavvvvveeee meeeeee, I am lost in Mommyland.......!!! I really, really, really, like, really, totally, like, really so need a makeover. Plllllllleeeeeeeaaaazzzzze?

If you don't agree I'll have to send you to your room.

What a generous offer from Diana and Linda...and worth a small fortune on the open market if you had to pay the individuals their various consulting fees.

Well, this is definitely going to take some creativity. With little to no guidelines other than an entry date and the mention that there will be 3 experts, it will be hard to break the rules!

It does look like fun, and even a little daring. Also, an exercise in trust, in being one of three Blog "guinea pigs". Could be an interesting process - sort of like a BlogReality. I'll have to think about it...
