RW Makeover: Jennifer Applin update
It may seem quiet, but there’s lots going on with Jennifer Applin’s Renegade Writer makeover.
First, we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer’s first makeover expert, organizing guru Donna Smallin! I was thrilled when Donna told us she’d be happy to wave her magical organizational wand on our blog and help Jen get off on a good foot with her career. Read more about Donna on our expert page — and soon, Donna will be guest blogging about her work with Jen.
Second, Jen wrote last night to tell me her computer’s in the shop. She’ll be sending me an update tonight on her progress with Donna, which I’ll post on her behalf.
Third, we’re STILL working on picking candidates #2 and #3. Sorry folks, but I don’t think this is going to happen until after the first of the year. Thanks for your patience. We’ll keep you posted! [db]

Looking forward to hearing what’s next for Jennifer. Her first assignment — the “put together an organized schedule” piece — hit home for me. This can’t be free-form; I have to be serious and set aside writing time like it’s a job. Because I WANT it to be my job!
