Cathy-Personal experiences in articles are always interesting and you have done an excellent job of portraying a story of the hard of hearing plight. As a retired audiologist recently with a significant socially defeating hearing loss, I commend you for calling the devastation of hearing loss to the attention of the public. However, could you let me know what the reference is for your statement regarding the EPA’s 55 decibel tome. Thanks.
