I signed up a few days ago, but have not needed help yet. I did send someone in the direction of a possible source, though. I just find I receive a zillion e-mails from the list, but that could be a good thing since you only have to scan to see if you can help or not. It takes 5 seconds of my time to help and be helped at some point later on.
