		<description>Thanks for your comment, Rachel! I think it&#039;s about giving ourselves permission to turn off the computer when we&#039;re not actually being productive. Sure, it feels like work to surf the Internet all day while waiting to hear back from sources, but is it really? Better to head out and get some fresh air! Changing your scenery will help boost your creativity as well, so you can call THAT work!</description>
